All expenses incurred for visits, examinations and medicines will be payable by the owner directly to Bellow Hills Veterinary Practice

Veterinary Contract

Mares will be accepted at an ”All In Package” to cover routine veterinary work at Quainton Stud connected with reproduction. Routine includes manuals, call out, prostaglandin and one PD scan at 16 days, a second scan at 28/30 days and a third scan at about 42 days; it does not include swabs, twinning, caslicks, lavage etc and the treatment of mares with endometritis and other non routine matters.

AI Fresh, Chilled Semen

Stallions owned by Quainton Stud for fresh or chilled semen - 2012 prices available soon.
Stallions not owned by Quainton Stud fresh or chilled semen - 2012 prices available soon.

Terms & Conditions
The fixed fee is for the fertility work relating to the artifical insemination of the mare whilst at Quainton Stud. This does include (for the season up to the 31st July 2012) the following:
Non CEM cervical swabs, gynaecologial examinations, pregnancy scans, inseminations.
It does not include any treatments relating ot the general health of the mare or foal or any drugs administered.
