We can offer grass livery/winter barning for Broodmares, Youngstock, Stallions, Geldings and ponies at rest, in rehabilitation, retirement or for a well deserved holiday.

Youngstock have the luxury of running in herds of their own gender and age group, colts can normally remain entire this way until they reach two and a half years old.

We have 300 acres of beautiful post and rail fenced paddocks, each field is designed without corners or sharp edges. Each field has a shelter, the grass is carefully managed and is regularly swept with one of the worlds best Nicholson paddock sweepers. Weeds and thistles are controlled and the fields are rotated with sheep, rested and fertilised. The results speak for themselves, generations of prize horses and cattle have been raised on these pastures.

Horses are checked at least twice a day, those on long term turnout with us will need to be regularly wormed and vaccinated at the owners expense. We facilitate all your horses needs such as vets and blacksmith visits.

The basic price for grass turnout:
Grass turnout £6.50 per day
Winter turnout or Barned £8.00 per day (includes hay and/or hard feed)
