Rubincell His sire Rubinstein I was a sought after sire from the outset, because of his origin from the significant dressage family of the mare Dodona, who was inter alia, the dam respectively, the grand dam of the multiple Olympic Games champions Ahlerich and Rembrandt. Both his sports career and his siring career skyrocketed before he passed away inadvertently at the relatively young age of fourteen in the year 2000. The dam sire Lord Liberty, who was one of the most promising up and coming young German show jumpers, caused a sensation at the Federal German Dressage Championship in Verden in 1990 by his spectacular rounds. He came ninth at that venue, and in 1991 at the mere age of six years, he suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. A number of his sons were approved, irrespective of his relatively short covering period. These include the stallion performance test winner Liberty M, as well as the successful show jumpers Liberty Son, Last Liberty, Lord Lorenzo, Lord Nobel S and Lord Liberty G. Numerous show jumpers by Lord Liberty moreover reached international class, including inter alia, Rene Tebbel' s Le Patron. Rubicell was thus bred with a performance weighting, with a pure thoroughbred bloodline in the background of the pedigree. Arratos xx, who appears in the third generation, had wins in the German St. Leger races, whilst Crepelo xx in the next generation, won the English Derby. The significant stallions Nearco xx and Marsyas II xx appear in the fifth and sixth generations. The grand dam Tiffi xx is also to be found in the same position in the pedigree of the sire Dionysos (by De Niro-Rubinstein I; private stallion Holstein).

Performance record: Rubicell absolved his stallion performance test in Neustadt/Dosse in 1999. Then, as a five-year old horse, he took part in the German Federal Dressage Championship, following wins in dressage horse competitions at the novice and elementary levels. At the age of six, he started in show jumping competitions at the novice and elementary levels, in which he had wins, right from the start.

Breeding record: Rubicell presented convincing first crop of foal's in /2(Kf(f, with /numerous /premium &j&ls. He was a /premium stallion of the Baden- Wiirttemberg Horse Breeder's Association on the basis of the convincing progeny of his first few age classes. His first son, Rubicioso was approved in 2002.
