Landgraf

Landgraf is one of the best dressage horses of his time Corlandus is ridden by Marget Otto – Crepin European Champion 1997, winner of a Silver medal at the 1998 Olympic Games. He was sired by Cor de la Bryere out of a Dam by Landgraf, and is one of the most successful producers of International show jumpers and stallions. Sire of Landlord, Lacros, Lucky Luke, Lasall, Landratin, Landwind, Landjunge, Lancer I, III, III and Landadel.

Ladykiller

Bred in England, Ladykiller is a foundation Sire as a thoroughbred in the Holstein breed. His sons include Landgraf and Lord who have revolutionized a new breeding era for the Holstein.

Calypso II

Calypso II (Sire of Contender) is very influential in breeding for both dressage and jumping. The Stallion Coriolan, the Stallions Classiker, Champion of Class. Calypso II’s sire Caribo GL began his siring career in the Holstein and continued it at the Rhenish Lindenkreuz stud farm. He was promoted to advanced dressage and transmitted himself in a versatile manner with a predisposition for high demands. Carnaby GL's dam Lacona B had already produced the sporting stallion Canaletto and the state premium mare Carina, who was the best three-year-old mare at the mare registration in Aix-la-Chapelle in 1989, as well as the younger approved Cantus son Coubertin. The grand-dam Kehdingia presented in the competition sports horses Lafayette 24 (by Lamour) and Loriot d' Europe (by Lord) a full-brother of Lacona. The Great-Grand-Dam Fauphin was a successful show jumper with her rider Anja Peters under her sports alias of Wonne 17, becoming international Champion of the German Junior Championship in 1980. Her full-sisters Wega 34 and Wacholder 21 were also highly successful show jumpers under Werner Peters. Wega, who is registered in the studbook as Hagina, who was mated with Athlet Z and gave birth to the top horse Audiela 2. The male forebears in the maternal lineage, Wahnfried and Heidefreund II belong to the best Holstein private stallions. The Great-Great-Grand-Dam Nagina not only gave birth to the three full-sisters Wonne, Wacholder and Wega, but also the successful advanced show jumpers Saskia 61 and Silvano 7 (both by Sacramento Song). Bagina, an Ahorn Z daughter out if Gitta (alias Wacholder) was mated with Contender, to produce the approved full-brothers Concerto I and II. Hagitta, a Leonid daughter out of Bagina, was in turn mated with Caretino, to produce the approved full-brothers Casario I and II. The chestnut mare Wacholder gave birth to the well-known show jumper Pandur 83/W.

Ramiro

Ramiro is one of the foundation sires with a worldwide reputation. One of his best sport horse offspring was Ratina Z who competed twice at the Olympic Games by Ludgar Beerbaum and Piet Raymakers. Stallion sons of Ramiro are Rasso, Romino B, Ronald, Rollando, Ritual B, Ramiro Son, Rebot, Rebel Z I,II,III. Raphael Oldenburg sport horses in 1972, 1973 Monsum and Mario in 1976.

Landgraf

Cor de la Bryere

Cor de la Bryere was the most influential Sire in the Holstein Breed, bred in France with a strong thoroughbred presence he started a new breeding era in the Holstein by improving the jumping technique (especially in the front legs). Some of his sons include Corrado, Caletto I, Caletto II, Caletto III, Calypso IV (five brothers all graded Calando I to V).

Capitol

Capitol I is a foundation sire in the Holstein stud book. He is sire of Calato, Cassini, Carthago (one of the top foundation sires 2005). Capitol produces top sport horses (and stallions) for jumping and dressage.

Dressage stallion sons are Cheenook, Concorde, Carnando and Carpaccio. Show jumping stallion sons are Caretano, Carridor and Caretello. Chandra, Soeren Von Roenne rider – (Balarina.) and Crocodile Dundee ridden is by International show jumper Markus Merschformanan.

Lord

One of the best jumping sires in Holstein, a foundation stallion. Sons include Lavallo, Lord Incipit, Lantaan, Literat, Lord Liberty and Landos.

Romino

Romino is one of the foundation sires with a worldwide reputation and one of his best sport horse offspring was Ratina Z, who competed twice at the Olympic Games by Ludgar Beerbaum and Piet Raymakers. Stallion sons of Romino include Rasso, Romino B, Ronald, Rolando, Ritual B, Ramiro Son, Rebot, Rebel Z 1,2,3. Raphael.

Lasino

Lasino’s sire is Landgraf I, who passed away at the age of 30 years in 1996, and is the most accomplished warmblood stallion that ever covered on German soil. Following countless successes of his progeny on the show jumping circuit at international level, the Holstein Breeder's Association erected a life-sized bronze statue of him in his honor, on the occasion of the centennial celebrations of the Holstein Association in 1994.

Lasino's Dam, Grand-Dam and Great-Grand-Dam were without exception, all awarded the state premium. The dam Arina was covered by Lorentin I and gave birth to the further approved son Limoncello. Capitol I and Lord are foundations of Holstein high performance horse breeding in direct combination on the maternal side of the pedigree. The Holstein bloodline 2543 also produced the stallions Acapulco Gold (Sweden). Acasino B (Bavaria). Corde de Leon (Brandenburg). Coriando (Rhineland). Lacatraz (Oldenburg), the Holstein approval winner Lavallo, the Westphalian approval winner of 2001 Laureus, the multiple Hessian champion and German stallion champion Lone Star I, the successful dressage horse Lone Star II, Looping (Oldenburg), the OS approval winner Lovis Corinth, the successful international spoils horse Lux Z who was ridden by Jerry Smit and the very successful international show jumper Roxett/Happ Hansen (USA).

Performance record: Lasino's jumping ability was already evaluated with the score of 10.0 on the occasion of his stallion performance test. He is meanwhile enjoying successes in international show jumping and ridden by Jorg Kreutzmann, had placings in Neumunster. Braunschweig and Dortmund.

Breeding record: Lasino has already presented three approved sons: Lovari. Looping and Lasano. Lovari won his stallion performance test in show jumping. A number of Lasino offspring are already having successes in the advanced class and are being trained by top riders (i.e. Leogretto/O.Asmussen. Leconte 6/G. Krijnen or Larao 3/S. von Ronne).
