Sire Line

Heraldik xx

Heraldik xx has a strong performance background and is inbred to the sire of the century Nearco xx and Hurry On xx. The former also appears at significant points in the pedigrees of the top sires Cardinal xx, Lucky Boy xx, Sacramento Song xx and Marlon xx, whilest Hurry On xx managed to establish himself permanently in almost every European sports horse population i.a., via Furioso xx. Herka xx, who is a full sister of Heraldik xx, presented Royaldik, who was approved in 2002 and won the 30 day test in Neustadt/Dosse. The dam line is based on the mare Heimwehr xx (by Dagor xx Ossian xx) and also produced the stallion Hradschin xx (Neustadt/Dosse state stallion).

Heraldik xx satisfied the stipulated performance test requirements for stallion through his own successes in the show jumping sport. His sports successes include seven wins and numerous placements in advanced show jumping. He was moreover a Nation’s Cup competitor.

Heraldik xx is very popular among the breeding fraternity and is strongly frequented Germany –wide. He has thus far, presented eight approved sons in different breeding regions. The 2000 Baden-Wurttemberg conformation class champion Humphrey as well as the victorious group of up and coming young stallion off spring were also present by him. The Heraldik xx-Alcatraz daughter memory was runner up of the Holstein Association show. Heraldik xx was more over represented in Baden-Wurttemberf and Hesse by top auction horses. Nuerous Heraldik xx foals have been auctioned at different auction sites across the country. Heraldic xx progeny have attracted attention in different sporting disciplines at the past few Federal Championships.

Dam Line

Landadel

The dam-sire Landadel (1982-1996) was stallion performance test winner and most certainly, the most accomplished progeny of a great number of approved sons of the sire of the century, Landgraf I. Few stallions transmit their genotype in such a pronounced, uniform manner in terms of type, nobility, colouring, motions and predisposition for jumping, as Landadel did. Landadel is a top producer of the Oldenbury breeding Oldenburg Association relating to brood mares, stallion and international jumping horses. Top international showjumpers are Landdame (Franke Slouthak) Lady Weingard (Markus Beerbaum) Lucy (Lars Nieber) Little Gun (Helena Weinberg) Fein Cera. The dame of Landadel is Farnese foundation sire in Holsteiner Caletto 11, is regarded as the best son of Cor De La Bryere especially in producing broom mares by Capitol.

Landgraf I

Landgraf I, was a prize-money millionaire and at the same time a legendary breeding stallion. He is today considered as the world's best jumper sire of all times. From todays point of view, the damsire, Landgraf I, is the most successful sire of show jumpers of all times. His best-known offspring include Taggi/Soren von Ronne, the licensed Libero H/Jos Lansink (1994 World Cup Champion), Leandra and Lucky Luke/Otto Becker, Lovely Boy/Norbert Koof, Lagretto/Carsten-Otto Nagel, Lassandro/Soren von Rb'nne, Landega/Helena Weinberg and many others, who have won over 4.4 million Euros up to now. Landgraf I sired more than 100 stallion sons.

Goldstein

Goldstein is the son of world class breeding sire Gotthard. Goldstein was the sire of the approved Hanoverian stallions Grenoble, Gotland, and Ganelun.

Gotthard

For seven years Gotthard was the leading sire of showjumpers in Germany - and his influence continues to the present day. During his time he sired over 34 licensed stallion sons - the most highly rated of which was Goldberg who was based in Westfalia alas for only four seasons. In Hanover, Gardestern I was the most important, while the private stallions, Goldpilz, Goldstern and Godehard were all influential. Gotthard was also influential as a mare sire and he was responsible for 26 States Premium mares. He was the sire of international showjumpers, Goya, Goldika, Gonzales, Galipolis, Queensway Big Q, Goldfink, Golden Gate, Graf Sieno and Graf 2. Gotthard’s son, Genever sired Genius, the World Cup Showjumping Champion of 1992. Another son, Goldpilz is the sire of John Whitaker’s Gamon. Gotthard has also been influential as a broodmare sire, another World Cup winner, The Natural (by Diskus) is out of a Gotthard mare, and Voltaire, the hugely influential Dutch based Hanoverian jumping sire, was similarly out of a Gotthard dam. Gotthard’s progeny were wonderful jumpers, but were rather stiff and untalented for dressage. Gotthard was by Goldfisch II who was the sire of nine licensed stallion sons and who is the grandsire of another great, Grande. Goldfisch II descends from the nineteenth century Thoroughbred sire, Goldschaum. Goldfisch II had a reputation for producing beautiful horses and good movers, yet neither of his most famous sons had exceptional conformation - Graf was a small chestnut, like his son Grande, while Gotthard was not the most elegant of horses.
